We have decided that our favorite fish cookbook for salmon and halibut is "The Best of the Best of Alaska Cookbook". Everything we have tried we like. Admittedly, the recipes are previewed for ingredients and judicious substitutions are made. Green onion has been known to become powdered onion.
We have been using the grill to keep the calories down and so all the recipes with mayonnaise just sit in the book. I think the two favorites are Teriyaki Halibut and Salmon Marinade.
Since, it isn't just a fish cookbook, I should probably try something else in it. Of course, that would be unfair to all of the cook books, I haven't tried a recipe out of.
