Lights On

This is a public service announcement. There has been a snow storm in the area this afternoon and evening. During a total of about 24 miles of road, I count 29 cars without their lights on. Three of them were around 7:30 pm. The others were before 6:30 pm. So, please remind your friends to be smart and turn their lights on when using windshield wipers. It is the law in several states.
